VEDALIYA CEMENT PAINT is decorative waterproof cement paint in powder firm, available in different colours and shades, including ultra white. It is used for protection and decoration of exteriors and interior of buildings. It can applied by brush or spray after mixing with water.
Surface
VEDALIYA CEMENT PAINT can applied on 1 concrete 2 asbestos, cement sheets 3 cement – sand renderings 4 fiber bords 5 concrete bloks 6 concrete bricks, etc.
Surface Preparation
The surface should be prepared thoroughly well before the application of VEDALIYA CEMENT PAINT, Clean the surface to make it free from dirt, dust, grease, oil and old painted pants, if any.The Surface must be then wash well with water.
Colour Preparation
Add one volume of water to two volumes of VEDALIYA CEMENT PAINT, Mix to creamy consistency. Dilute the paste to suitable consistency by adding more volume of water. VEDALIYA CEMENT PAINT is now reddy for application. Ensure that prepared paint is stirred freaquently during application.
Application
Surface should be well wetted with water. Apply the first coat of VEDALIYA CEMENT PAINT with the help of brush. Spray water after about 8 hours of application. Apply a second coat of VEDALIYA CEMENT PAINT 24 hours after the first coat.
Curing
Cure the surface thoroughly 2-3 days and at least twice a day after application of second coat of VEDALIYA CEMENT PAINT.

Covering capacity is depend upon the texture and porosity of the surface when mixed to normal consistency the approximate covering Capacity for two coats per 100 kegs. is as follows :

Precautions
The surface to which the chamak paint is applied shall be free from chalking or other extrneous matter which interfear with the adhesion of the paint to the surface.
The water mixed pain shall be kept well stred during use.
The water mixed pain shall be used within one hour of preparation.
The surface to be painted shall be cured properly with water before application.
For mixing, water should be poured to VEDALIYA CEMENT PAINT, not VEDALIYA CEMENT PAINT in to water.
